The Urn we ordered arrived and it exceeded our expectations. The engraving of the photo of our beloved dog Maxx will give us a permanent reminder of him. We had a typo on the inscription when we submitted the order and we were contacted by email and phone to make sure our order was correct. What a wonderful reminder of Maxx we have. Thank you.
