I found Memorial Urns online when I needed a pair of urns (Fidelity Bronze) that would fit in a 10 x 10 x 10 niche. The urns normally cost 800 dollars and up. Memorial Urns carries them for $422. That was the first big delight. Secondly, their customer service is second to none on the planet. They called me shortly after I contacted them, The bronze urns were as expected.... in perfect condition. However, the engravings did not match the proofs: the text on one urn was a full quarter inch higher than on the other urn. They were going to look wrong when placed side by side. I sent an email to Memorial Urns and got a response within minutes (both an email and a phone call) saying that the engraver had been notified to redo the urn. In the end, the engraver chose to redo BOTH URNS to make sure there would be no mistake. The urns were redone and I received them within 24 hours, in time for the funeral mass the next day. This is simply the most mind-blowing customer service I have ever received from anyone. World class. I have been singing the praises of Memorial Urns to friends across the country.
