We were very delighted with our urn for out beloved GiGi. It was delivered to my door without a problem. Some deliverymen/women will not take the elevator to the third floor and only have the patience to drop the box off on the ground floor or on a staircase. This causes non-delivery and problems for re-deliveries. We are very pleased with our urn and am looking to purchase other urns for our beloved family pet members.
