The urn I selected was stunning on the web site and every bit as beautiful when I received it. A few days before I made an order, I discovered that particular urn had been removed from the site. When I called to find out why I was told it was temporarily out of stock but I was able to make an order on the phone with no problem and received the urn I wanted about a week later. I was very pleased with the friendliness, helpfulness and overall shopping experience with Memorial Urns.
