My urn shipment was delayed (NOT Memorial Urn's fault) and MU worked with me and the company shipping the urn to get it sent to me immediately. Customer service and communication were phenomenal - absolutely above and beyond my expectations. The integrity, honesty and speed which with the issue was resolved was extremely impressive. I was able to get all of my products in the needed time frame. Not to mention, the urn itself and the associated nameplate are gorgeous (even better than the pictures on the website) - thank you!!!!
