Really fast response to a question I had regarding the color of the urn I picked out. Pricing (including shipping) was lower than many other places, shipping was fast (even with a holiday) and the urn was very carefully packaged. I'm not happy I had to shop for an urn, but I'm happy Memorial Urns made it fast and easy.
