We ordered a 3D Cross on Cultured Granite Cremation Urn. The ordering process on line was easy. Memorial Urns contacted me the next day with a template of the inscription we had requested. We received a tracking number and the urn arrived in a timely manner with the correct inscription. I called with a question and the representative was very helpful. I would use them again.
