I ordered the Eden Garden urn vault with 2 day shipping to arrive way in advance of the memorial gathering. The urn vault was beautifully made but it arrived cracked. Jaime from customer service prepared for another one to be sent to me with 2 day shipping but was sent on ground. So she arranged for another one to be sent again via overnight delivery. So finally I received the urn vault in two piece (top and bottom) on the morning of the memorial. One would think why pay for 2 day shipping when the actual urn vault will arrive on the morning of the memorial. It appeared that I paid more for shipping to allow time for them to correct their mistakes. So apart from this shipping fiasco, the urn vault was as well-crafted as expected and customer service was great. But the most important thing, the memorial gathering was beautiful and truly memoriable.
