Memorial Urns is an excellent company. They walk you through every detail, if you request help. If you order engraving, they send a "proof" for your approval before the final engraving is done. At that point, you have the opportunity to make changes. We use them for our pet urns. We were very pleased with both the brass and ceramic ones. And they are very pleasant to deal with in a difficult time. Found them by accident when one of our "brass" cat urns (from a different company) started to crack & leak ashes! (Turned out it was only painted to look like brass.) Luckily, Memorial Urns had a similar real urn to replace it with and it was on a tray, so we were able to scoop up all the ashes. It was a very distressing incident - even the people at Memorial Urns were shocked! Their urns and customer support are the best! And their prices are comparable to the companies that produce lower quality urns. And they are very nice to deal with. In times of grief, you really need to be treated kindly. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!
