The price was reasonable, and I was glad that shipping was included.
The urn arrived exactly when expected, very securely packed, and it was as nice-looking as advertised.
The only suggestion I have: When I telephoned the company with questions, the representative sounded as if he were down a well. Perhaps he was talking on a speakerphone. I wish I could have understood him better.
In summary: The urn is excellent. It arrived promptly, well-packed. I am satisfied. Thank you!
