WARNING IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD... I've used mens pharmacy before with no payment issues. This time i had trouble paying with my card (rejected a number of times) then finally it took the money. I noticed on MP account no orders have been placed so contacted them and they said no payment had been received by them....after a few emails it comes to light they use an outside company for card payments.... spoken to my bank they say MP claimed the £.. but MP says they haven't... I now have to go through a long winded form filling with my credit card company to investigate and try and get money from MP who say they haven't got it...... In no way I'm I saying that the products supplied by MP are inferior just the payment system.
