I am a long-time Mephisto customer - I have at least 12 pairs of Mephistos, most bought at the Berkeley store before it closed. I ordered a pair of shoes half a size up as suggested by the person I phoned, as it was a different fabric (stiffer) than the normal Mephisto all-rounders I buy in stone grey. They arrived and did not fit. I asked to return or exchange them, and they absolutely refused. i am now done with Mephisto - terrible service.
