ITS THE MOST DISHONEST COMPANY.....Chase was processing my credit cards, Danny at merchant one promised me a rate of 2.7%. So, I switched. For the next many months, my charges exploded and Merchant One was charging me 3.5-3.6%. They hit me with all kinds of fees that were not in the contract. I called Katrina and told her to cancel my account, she said that she had reduced my rate to 3.0..but for the last two months I get hit with 3.16% and most recently 3.65%. She said she will cancell my account but she never did. THEY LIE ALL THE TIME SO BEWARE...and they won't cancell your account. I AM GRATEFUL TO RESUC . ORG for coming to my FINANCIAL RETRIBUTION.
