OU have so many other choices just save yourself a headache and stay away form Merchant one, they're just a disaster, they lie about rates, you'd be lucky to get a hold of someone, they hold the funds unless you provide private banking information, and I am talking about $900 and not thousands of dollars and so much more as you see what other people say. The cheapest act was after I closed my account with them, I get a call from client relation (what a surprise, now they call me) stating that they're willing to give me back the $250 that I paid for processing machine if I change my review online, they sent me shipping label, I sent the equipment back to them, not only didn't refund me, they're not even answering my e-mails. Now that is a low for "Processing Company" :)
