I orderd 2 Christmas jumpers from Merchoid, 1 arrived within days the other was held up. When I checked my order and saw expected delivery date as Nov 22, I ordered a similar jumper and hoped the other one may arrive before then, however the following day I was offered to swap ar get a full fecund. As I was hasty to reorder I took the refund, at that came through the next day.
Great products, excellent dispatch time, excellent communication and all in all, excellent service.
