I ordered a Batman Xmas jumper for my husband, and it wasn’t guaranteed delivery in time for Xmas so Merchoid contacted me and offered me a cancellation or a swap to a jumper that will be delivered in time.
So I swapped and the jumper came. My husband is delighted with the fit and quality of the product. And it is just as nice as the one I had originally ordered. My husband is thrilled with his jumper as he wouldn’t wear a traditional one.
