I was targeted though Instagram and I liked their value proposition and service a lot so I ordered it by making use of a 50% off promotion. The knifes came back quite sharp and I was happy, though the sharpness relatively quickly disappeared despite taking extreme care of the knifes. The catch of the whole thing is that they trick you by not clearly stating that the promotion only counts for your first sharpening but in order to use the promotion you need to purchase at least two sharpenings. A few * and small prints and voila, I was tricked against what I had originally expected. Therefore, carefully ready their AGBs before doing business. For me this was the one and only time I use them!
