In my view, the sign of a good company is responding quickly to 'right a wrong'. Having read my last review the team at MBD pulled out all the stops to provide me with the product I'd ordered. This was then followed up by a call from the company to enquire if I'd now received my latch, which I had. Thank you MBD team for the speedy follow up. We can all on occasion get it wrong, but it's about how we put it right that demonstrates how good we really are. By the way, the latch for my electrical box is excellent quality and fitted straight into place. Thanks again, John
