Excellent lady on the telephone and product came by DHL. The latter I would not recommend. Although they kept me informed of likely time the product would be delivered, their driver did not come to the front door and ring the bell and despite me keeping an eye out for him, he managed to leave the product by the back door, made no attempt to knock or contact me, so the first I knew was an e mail saying the product had been delivered some 25 mins before and that he had made contact with me. He did not. DHL are always in too much of a rush so I'd advise finding an alterative courier as they let down your otherwise impeccable service. Thank you for the latter.
