The package arrived damaged with the box essentially open, allowing the package containing the fixings etc to fall out. Given the weight of the item the cardboard packaging appeared to be inadequate, a heavier duty box might have prevented damage in transit by the courier. The problem was speedily resolved and replacement fixings are on their way.
