I ordered two replacement latches, and only one arrived. I queried this and a second one was sent, so obviously an oversight in packing. The video was quite helpful - but would be even more useful if the door in the demo was on a cabinet (i.e. vertical - no table to push against!). Also, "suitable for the majority of gas and electric meter box doors" could usefully be expanded to say "with some door designs the guide tab on the latch may need to be made smaller, or removed altogether". It would also be useful to be told the "through the door" length, because if the door design uses a slightly longer dimension, this latch will not lock in place.
