The quality of the meter box is excellent. This is the 3rd box of different models for different properties that I have bought from MeterBoxes Direct and all have been of great quality. The sales team despatch the item quickly, and delivery was great. Unfortunately on this occasion, I needed to contact the company for help which proved impossible. The on line chat was not answered, 4 phone calls resulted in the line being hung up after an extension had been selected and an email to customer support was ignored.
