Outgoing payment held by Metro Bank and I have had to wait a combined 3 hours on the telephone to resolve matter, still unresolved. They kept passing me from 1 team to another. At a point after waiting on the telephone for good 50mins, customer service rep dropped the call. If I could give no star, I would. Poor service and staff are very lackadaisical the way they respond.
