Alexander who claims to be a customer service staff, she's rude, racist towards me because I wear a headscarf. She deliberately ignores me and becomes extremely arrogant whenever I visit, this is the worst Hayes branch I am experiencing and 100% going back to my old bank.Please please do not make an account here.
