Not fit for service, I waited for the 9:04 424 in Westvale park road, 15 minutes later I called the number on the bus stop, another 10 minutes passed until they answered. They couldn't explain why my bus didn't turn up, and the next bus 422 (due in 1 minute) would be another 14 minutes. Useless.
