Poorly managed crypto exchange. If you need help from their customer service that's goes beyond automated work they are not interested and may be poorly staffed with people with bad attitudes. Probably an exchange that has all hallmarks of imminent bankruptcy. Had very bad experience with an uncredited deposit, I waited for more than 60 days(even after several weeks still not returned the funds) for it to resolve as per instructions, still all customer service does is gaslighting me. They don't have even simple man power to get a hold their private key and credit uncredited deposit. Don't fall for low fees in this exchange. FOSTERBOON .
