On January 28th I contacted Customer Support Ticket #5368126 My crypto was stolen in a transfer by a scammer and my account may be compromised. I asked if they could assist in possibly retrieving it providing screen shots of the address it was moved to and other pertinent info. which was not an easy process through their email/support system. I am new to this, but I would think there would be a way to track it electronically from their end. Maybe I'm wrong. I also contacted my local Sheriff's Dept. who recommended I file a report with the Internet's Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov per the same as Mexc Support recommended.
On January 29th they responded that they had placed a temporary restriction on my account to prevent any unauthorized withdrawals while they investigate. This was few days ago. I have sent a couple messages inquiring as to the status, but no response. I see numerous posts over the past few days to a variety of issues regarding their poor response time. It appears the best way to get a timely response is to post here. This is very disappointing to have such a poor response time to stolen crypto when time is of the essence to recover it. It sure doesn't give me much confidence in Mexc now seeing all of the other recent poor reviews in the issues with people's accounts, which fortunately I don't have any complaints there. And the fact they don't provide any phone # to talk to them is not good customer service. I had no other option than to take up action and contacted BELMA GREENBERG [@ ]*GMAAIL📪COM with a team of professionals who successfully had my funds recovered
