I was trading futures, but my account was frozen for 180 days. Under pressure, Mexc got all personal documents from me, even my health certificate. After that they gave me an ultimatum “I must fly to Singapore or the blocking of my account will be permanent”. Then they sent me an email that my account was being investigated by OFAC. They do not provide any proof or details. There are sanctions lists on the official OFAC website, I checked them. I am not on those lists. I sent an email with this information and received a reply that I am now blocked for a minimum of 365 days!
