i wish I could have received information how this expensive scale would be shipped, by carrier, and what approximate date I could expect the scale for my sister with recent severe CHF, from rapid atrial fibrillation, from multiple pulmonary emboli in her right lung.,This was all from her PCP and multiple specialists not keeping track of her antiphospholipid syndrome . Could we have chosen the carrier or found out when the scale or merchandise would be delivered before paying almost 50 dollars to expedite the shipping. Forget USPS!- Everything that we have ever ordered in Rochester, New York and was shipped by USPS , by the seller has been lost without recourse. FED EX packages and deliveries also has item waiting in another state,, trying to find a FED EX employee who can further the package. I have both a FED EX account and My Choice UPS account. I can actually tell what is going on along the way. UPS seems faster and more secure right now. FED EX needs to find more employees and treat them well. I work as an emergency R.N. at the hospital and also on call as a sexual assault forensic examiner. I am used to being told all the facts upfront . I can't stand it that this company doesn't tell you why you are paying almost $50.00 for faster delivery but doesn't bothering telling me the carrier who will be delivering the package and when to expect it. I will change this rating when I am actually respected enough to be informed of carrier and estimated date of delivery. Customers have a right to know.
