Your web site was difficult to navigate. I got 3 codes per telephone before one would work. Then I asked for my refund from previous order to be applied to the new order. At checkout that wasn't the option. I had to use the business credit card. I had previously asked not for a refund. I tried the instant chat. The computer response did nothing to address this issue. Instead I was told I would get a response by email in a few hours or tomorrow. I am unable to wait longer as we need the supplies. I am left not knowing now what the status is of the refund. Is it already mailed or in holding?
