I called several times for over a month before my big purchase and everyone that picks up my call have been very helpful and answered all my questions. Including purhcaing battery charger and pack. I couldnt be more happier. I am looking forward to receive my purchase- Thanks ALL for always willing to answer.
I am for sure getting 1 or 2 more stretcher very soon once I get my self familiar with it..
