MFORTUNE AVOID AT ALL COSTS After depositing £607 from my bank card over several weeks I won £560 I have requested a withdraw and MFortune wanted identification, this was because I deposited £30 from my mobile phone bill. The identification they had asked for was numerous things such as proof of mobile bill, proof of payment to mobile network, driving License, passport, council tax bill another utility bill. All this has been provided and MFortune has told me everyday now for 2 weeks that there is a problem with the ID, I have made several calls each time the agents who I have names of and time of calls keep saying the ID is accepted and then the next day they want more ID or the same ID I have already sent. This says to me that they have either lost my ID or delaying the payment on purpose, I have provided everything they want. I am now going to contact GDPR, as I am concerned about my documents, I am waiting on a call from a manager at this point I will make a formal complaint. Then this will be taken further. They will not payout my winnings they have honoured my winnings previously is this just to build trust before they stop paying out.
