If I could give 0 stars I would. I have to be honest, most of my withdrawals have went through ok. And when I say ok, I do mean ok after the whole sending of way too much id first. I made a request for a withdrawal of £160 last Monday evening and haven’t heard a word since. Usually I get a txt to say that it’s on it way, but not this time. I have received no phone call or email to say why I haven’t received it. I have phoned and emailed every single day since and no one is replying to me at all. I have made a complaint and still nothing. SCAM! They are fraudulently withholding my winnings and giving me no explanation as to why. Customer services try to be helpful, but all they can say is that it’s with the ‘relevant department’. A department that I can’t call and who never contact me. I will however not give up like many others have. I am very tempted to contact these people and say that I will fight their case for them because I am relentless and will not give up! And another concern I have is that the hold always seemed to placed in the withdrawals stage!! Surely if they thought I had a gambling problem or was being fraudulent, the hold should have been placed while making the deposit and that shouldn’t have went ahead? Another complaint I have made and had no response to. And breathe lol
