The Company has become less user friendly in my view in recent years. Less bonuses, customer services phone times have been curtailed from 24 hours a day to 8am to 8pm. and some games have been withdrawn recently. Recent game additions mean you are compelled to play multiple lines at a minimum of 1p per line. No option to play say one line at 10p, like the older slots.
These online slots are said to run on random number generators. Whilst this is probably true to an extent, my experience on being a member for 11 years is that algorithms determine whether a particular slot is on low payout or generous payout. There will be regular occasions when any given slot can take in £10 to £15 without any winning line, on for example 10p a spin.
Today I had enough and closed my account. They wanted me to do a video of myself for ID purposes, holding documents proving my DOB, this having used the same debit card for years for both deposits and withdrawals. I told them I’m not demeaning myself for £10 by sending such documentation and told them to keep the money. So that’s it, I’m done.
Also beware of intrusive questionnaires when they think you are spending too money or spending too much time on there. This is a company that makes money from gambling, but they’ll pretend to be concerned if they think you are over spending. It’s hypocritical and patronising. There are tools on the app to control your spending or time on the site. It won’t make any difference, they’ll still stalk you.
Customer services are helpful, but they read scripts and can appear patronising. The slots are fair in my view, and good wins can be achieved, but be prepared for bad days.
