Never again will I play this site. I withdrew £70 about 6 weeks ago with no problems now I have won £300 on poker and this should have left my account after 3 working days but now they want me to send them identification. I sent them I'd but they say it's not acceptable. All they are doing is stalling for time hoping I will reverse my withdrawal. They contact me on a Friday to tell me they need I'd and once they receive it it will leave my account 1 to 3 working days after that but because its a weekend it won't be looked at till Monday or Tuesday. Absolute joke. They should ask for identification when you first register funny thing is they will still let you play while refusing to pay you out until you provide I'd. One thing for sure I will never deposit on this site again. Avoid at all cost.
