Wow I wish I had checked on here first! Mickey mouse company, non existent customer service! Ordered item through Amazon thank god, so refund is still an option but stupidly gave these jokers the benefit of the doubt. I did manage to get through to customer service but only once I had hid my caller ID. This will interest a few if you on here, my brother lives close to this store. So I said he would come and collect it, this seem to spur some lame excuse due to covid and that wasn't an option. Oh there's more, my brother had a few mates who worked there.Staff there encouraged to write fake reviews on Amazon!
