Mhstar also known as Aosom is not an easy company to deal with. We needed replacement polycarbonate panels for one of their gazebo’s which we purchased through Amazon, eventually after we proved that we had purchased it from them via Amazon and told them the package we required and after many emails they said they could supply them and gave us a price, we paid and had to send a screenshot of the payment details to two different departments and the box of panels arrived in good time so our experience has been a positive one but not at all easy. I think every time we were contacted it was a different person.
