I hate to do this but perhaps I will finally get your attention. My order was placed on Sept. 17, shipped on the 20th but to the wrong address. I have been emailing since then to try to remedy this situation. You only offer email as a communication tool no way to talk to a live person!! No one will respond to me so you was left with no choice but to take it up with the credit card co!
