We are two 70 years old duffers! Went into store to help set up upgrade on Skype and had a password problem on emails. Could not have been treated better. Very efficient young man called Dan Anderton had us up and running in no time, even helped when home with security questions. Will certainly go back as we're sure to have problems again!
