Service was very good and postage super fast and the microscope was packed well. I would have liked some more advice as I have no experience buying microscopes. My basic questions were answered promptly but not in enough detail. I would have also been happy to have at least had the offer of some more information. I have subsequently found out about some of the microscopy options including dark field or phase contrast and perhaps I may have bought a better grade of microscope knowing at the time these additional methods available. Its taken a lot of additional research to understand what's involved with different types of microscopes. So my advice for anyone purchasing a microscope is to go online, particularly youtube and search for microscope types or options etc. I didn't even consider doing this as I didn't even know what to search for.
