Shopping was a smooth, straightforward process with many of my questions answered promptly. The microscope we ordered shipped the next day. Our kids are enjoying the prepared slides. I'm used to microscopes with the stage positioners on the RHS (so move stage with RH and focus with LH) so that is taking me some time to get used to. Not sure if there is a way of changing that, but apart from that the microscope is very satisfactory for our needs.
