The most horrible customer experience I have ever had.
Just hope you never have to deal with them. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. I bought a laptop 2 months ago and received a defectuous one. I sent it back for an exchange and I keep getting a different answer each time I phone. No we cannot exchange it, you will receive a refund and no it will be an exchange instead and the escalation team hasn't decided yet whether it will be an exchange or a refund. Yet 2 months later, I am still waiting and hoping they will at least give me my money back. Just wished I never dealt with these people in the first place
