Payment was taken at the time of purchase even though the product was on back order and I then received no communication as to when I could expect the order. Eventually after several weeks i sent an email to chase up. It was again several days before any reply was received and when it came it was unhelpful and quite abrupt in its manner. If there was to be a long delay, payment should only have been taken when the product was dispatched and communication regarding when the order could be expected would have vastly improved the experience.
