I had a fault on my 4 year old washer dryer. I contacted Customer Services who arranged for an engineer visit.
The engineer came and found a major fault with the Twin Dos function; it was leaking onto the computer board. The engineer informed me he had arranged for a new machine to be delivered and the call out charge would be refunded. The money was back in my account within the hour, the machine was delivered and installed 2 days later!
Yes, you pay more for a Miele appliance but when you get service like I received it’s worth it!
