I feel the need o write this review and if possible would not even give 1 star for the shocking after care and service that i have received with regards to my faulty dishwasher that cost in excess of £1300 and was still under warranty . I have had 3 visits from them now and have made over 16 phone calls and the fault still remains only now to be told that the warrenty is void as a shard of glass was found in the pump which is a complete load of rubbish as the drain pump is a sealed unit that is attahed to the so called filter housing i am still awaiting further information after the origonal fault was logged with them in November 2023 it is now March of 2024. Absolutely shocking customer service from when the initial call was made to them. The cost of a drain pump which should be under warrenty is £52.00 but they want to charge another £170.00 call out fee to fit it as they are saying the warrenty is void i will be taking further legal action if this is not resolved under the warranty as now they have changed the diagnosis that was emailed to me with the technicians report AVOID MIELE !!!!!
