I have been a loyal and happy customer of Mighty Ape for some years. However recently their customer service has slipped. A recent hasn't been dispatched - 9 days after placing and paying for it - and they are ignoring my written request to advise me what the problem is. As they don't have a contact telephone number and as time is running out before Christmas there is nothing I can do other than cancel the order and hope to find the items elsewhere.
