I am delighted to say how great is to have this massive help from Migrate giving us this amazing ( and money saving) opportunity with the DIY pack for visa application. Last Friday, I have got the Home Office result of my application succesfully granted thanks to this! For the next and final application I know where to rely on. I need to point this out: my first application had been made by a specialist immigration lawyer , was refused by the financial part and then reapplied succesfully under another strucuture of information. But the lawyer had guided my husband to start a employment under six months paying taxes as employee, ( he´s been over 27 years working as a self employed). Later, when I tried myself my extension visa application using this DIY pack I chose the option to use his savings ( was there since my first application through the laywer) also with the help of Jason from Migrate I was able to choose this option more confidently. What amazes me is that using the DIY pack and help from Migrate team the whole process was way easier and less stressful ( cost a lot less money too) than with that lawyer that now seems to me, not knowing what she was doing.
