After entering my car reg and getting the quote I thought this will be simple and straightforward, how wrong could I have been! On arrival at the showroom I was asked to re input my details again which gave me a higher price than quoted. I was told this was an error by the computer. When I called in to sell my car (price valid for 10 days) I was told the price had expired because the 10 days had elapsed when it was actually only 9 days. The salesman who procured the sale was less than helpful, I believe his name was Mike.
