Excellent, fast, no hassle, friendly service. I had an online valuation at 10am, booked an appointment for 1:30pm same day and by 2pm had agreed a sale. No bartering down, they paid what was quoted online (which was higher than other online valuation services) minus a very small and fair amount for scuffs on the black alloys. Still higher than the other online quotes I had received! As I live 3 miles from the Sheffield branch, they even took me home right to the doorstep. Money was in my account 42 hours later.
