I received my valuation on line and travelled 70 miles to Sheffield. I was met by Dave without delay and he looked around my car and went for a test drive. He then returned checked my paper work and disappeared for 10 minutes. When he returned he stated that he would give me the stated value of the car and we exchanged details. The whole process took about 30 minutes. This was all done in a thorough and professional manner. There was no bargaining or trying to knock the value down. I stated what I had been offered by WBAC and he just raised his eyebrows. He stated that they do not charge admin fees or fees for same day payment. This was most refreshing and I felt that I could deal with these people again. It was a rewarding experience and Dave even offered me a lift to the railway station. All in all, a good experience and while that you know they are there to make a profit on your car you go away feeling as though you haven't been mugged. An experience that is unusual in the motor trade. Thanks Dave for giving me a straight deal!!!
